In EVERY case you need to contact us first!
Once we approve your return we give you an RMA #. We refuse every unauthorized shipment without RMA # and the item goes back to the shipper.
1. After you receive the product and you change your mind you can return the unit within 21 days. Item must be unopened, unused and must have in the same packaging as it was shipped. It has to include all the instructions, tools and parts. Buyer pays for the return shipping as well.
Once we receive the product in perfect working and cosmetic condition as it was shipped, no parts are missing then we process a refund excluding the shipping cost.
2. In case you start to use the product, then you change your mind, because you don’t like it then you can also return it within 21 days. It has to include all the instructions, tools and parts. You pay for the return shipping as well. In this case we charge 20% restocking fee since the item is used and not new anymore.
3. In case your received machine has any malfunction you can only return it for a repair or replacement.
If it happens in the first 21 days then you pay only for the return shipping. Then we fix it and ship it back to you on our cost. If it happens after the first 21 days then you pay for shipping back and forth. We don’t charge labor or parts during the warranty period.
We provide 3 months parts warranty. We do not charge for parts, only for labor during this period. Please note shipping cost is always on buyer back and forth. Shipping costs are not refundable.
After the 3 months parts warranty period we are still here to help you. If the product has to be shipped back for a repair then we check the unit and fix it for you. We charge for the necessary parts and $75.00 per hour for labor.
